Initial Health Strategy Session
Every client begins here.
This 1.5 hour session is a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, goals, and daily habits. Before we meet, you’ll complete an comprehensive wellness questionnaire and a five-day food, mood, and symptom journal so I have a thorough understanding of your story before we sit down together.
By the end of our session, we’ll have a really good sense of where you're coming from and where you want to go, so I can best advise you on how to get there. You will leave with very specific recommendations (including nutrition, lifestyle and access to professional grade supplements - with a discount) that you can begin implementing immediately, as well as a clearer sense of what your next best step may be.

After your Initial Health Strategy Session, you’ll have the option to move into a more comprehensive program based on your needs and goals.
